A mutual acquaintance of Meghan and Harry’s has shared a photo from Archie’s ‘low-key’ fourth birthday bash.

This past weekend, the world watched London in anticipation of King Charles’s Coronation.

But on the opposite side of the ocean in California, Prince Archie was having his own royal birthday party as he turned four.

Amidst all of the celebrations, a touching picture surfaced of Prince Archie placing a gentle hand on a portrait of Princess Diana.

However, comments to the heartfelt message written by a friend of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were divided.

Over the weekend, London was permeated by a spirit of joyous festivity. On May 6, a new era began when King Charles III assumed the throne in London in front of a gathering of nobility and foreign leaders.

The importance of May 6 to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle goes beyond the crowning of King Charles. It was the happy occasion of their much-loved son Archie’s fourth birthday, and it deserved special honour. Archie’s birthday was reportedly brought up as a condition for the couple’s attendance at the coronation.

According to Fox News, author Christopher Andersen said that Harry would find attending the coronation “uncomfortable” because of disclosures in his biography, therefore it is logical that she and her children would rather remain in the United States.

Royal analyst Omid Scobie said that Meghan’s decision to stay in the United States was heavily influenced by Archie’s birthday.

Archie’s fourth birthday is on May 6, so I’m told it was a big deal for the family. Scobie tweeted, “Prince Harry will be making a brief journey to the UK for the coronation at Westminster Abbey.

The dilemma of how to celebrate Archie’s birthday persisted throughout the weekend. It would seem that the King did not overlook this important occasion without remembering his granddaughter. According to the media, Charles toasted Archie’s fourth birthday with a glass of champagne.

After the historic crowning of King Charles at Westminster Abbey and the royal family’s appearance on the Buckingham Palace balcony in London on Saturday, the royal family gathered for a private lunch.

King Charles reportedly wished Prince Archie a happy birthday and toasted “those who weren’t present” in the room. It was a touching ode to a grandchild he seldom sees.

“It was apparently a very sweet moment,” the person told the publication.

Harry was obviously absent throughout the touching toast. He had been invited to the exclusive family event, but he turned it down in favour of flying back to California for Archie’s big day instead. According to sources, Harry didn’t spend any time getting on an aircraft to the United States following his father’s coronation.

It seems like Harry made it a point to spend this momentous day with his son, further cementing the closeness of their family despite the royal festivities. The Duke of Sussex reportedly boarded an aircraft at 3:45 p.m., landing in Los Angeles at about 6:55 p.m.

Driving time from Los Angeles International Airport to Harry and Meghan’s massive Montecito, California, residence is generally approximately 90 minutes. Someone close to Harry says he was dead set on getting back in time to personally put Archie into bed.

A “low-key” party was held for Archie’s birthday, as was reported. According to those close to the family, Meghan cooked a lemon cake using ingredients from their own garden. Even though we don’t know for sure who attended, we may assume that only the closest relatives were there, making it a very private celebration.

Archie’s birthday was overshadowed by another storyline. Misan Harriman, a photographer and personal friend of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, captured an emotional moment at their wedding.

Although neither the picture nor the caption were especially contentious, several internet users saw it as a sign that photographer Misan Harriman was trying to cast a negative light on King Charles’ coronation. However, many others responded favourably, remarking on how cute the photo was.Another individual wished Archie a happy birthday.
