“The internet is extra LOUD today. We have always been around ❤️,” they wrote on TikTok.

Abby Hensel, one half of the famous conjoined Hensel twins, is a married woman.

According to several reports, Abby and her now husband army veteran Josh Bowling celebrated their vows three years ago in 2021. The pair got married in Minnesota in front of their family and friends.

And while people are thrilled for Abby and Josh, Abby Hensel is still conjoined to her twin sister Brittany Hensel, and people are curious about how this relationship with Abby and Josh works.

As video of Abby and Josh’s first dance goes viral, it seems to be clear that Josh is only in a relationship with Abby.

While the twins have shared a few images from Abby and Josh’s relationship on their TikTok page, they haven’t said much about their dynamic, despite the many questions about in the comments sections of their videos.

Brittany and Abby Hensel rose to fame after having their own self-named reality television series on TLC. The twins are now 34 years old and have talked about having children in the past. “Yeah, we’re going to be moms,” Brittany said to the cameras. “We haven’t thought about how being moms is going to work yet. But we’re just 16 — we don’t need to think about that right now.”

In a documentary about their life as conjoined twins, their mom Patty, said having kids “is probably something that could work because those organs do work for them.”

As Today reports, “Abby and Brittany are dicephalus conjoined twins, who share a bloodstream and all organs below the waist. Abby controls their right arm and leg, while Brittany controls the left.”

According to TMZ, Josh has a daughter from a prior relationship, making Abby a stepmom.

Despite a good portion of their life being in front of the camera, the twins haven’t been very active on social media in recent years. Brittany and Abby Hensel are now teachers in their adult life and seem to be doing very well.
