Mark Consuelos stated that he is “looking forward to being a grandfather” despite not wanting to have any more children.
Despite not having children, Mark Consuelos is eager to take on a new role as a grandparent in the future.
A sneak peek from Kelly Ripa’s upcoming podcast Let’s Chat Off Camera with Kelly Ripa shows her asking her husband Consuelos if he would ever remarry.
Consuelos, 51, declared that he would not get married again after Ripa because he “isn’t going to have any more children. ”.
He says, “I don’t want any more kids.”. “I’ll be the father who is older. ”.
Ripa continues, “Do you know how many older men I know who have just started having kids.
“Yeah.
He continues, “The poor guys have no idea what comes next when you talk about hip and knee replacements, and they’re going to be that father, not that there’s anything wrong with that father. ”.
However, I already did that. That wasn’t what I wanted to do.
It just happened a short while ago.
And it was fortunate for us to behave as we did.
It was a little early, in my opinion. We should have had a year or two to ourselves at the very least. Consuelos answers, “I don’t think I’m looking forward to being a grandfather,” for this reason. “That makes me very happy. I don’t want to be parented any more than that.
Three children—a son named Michael, 25, a daughter named Lola, 21, and a son named Joaquin, 20—were born to Consuelos and Ripa.
In honor of her son’s 20th birthday, 52 Mothers, a mother of three, uploaded some adorable throwback photos to her Instagram Story last month. On Live with Kelly and Ryan, she subsequently stated that she felt as though she had watched her children grow up in a “flash.”. ”.
Ripa celebrated her son’s birthday on the morning talk show. The 20th birthday of my son is the infant,” she explained to co-host Ryan Seacrest.
