GOP Rep Calls For Jill Biden To Face Criminal Charges For ‘Elder Abuse’

Republican Illinois Representative Mary Miller has urged that former first lady Jill Biden should be prosecuted for elder abuse following the announcement of her husband, former President Joe Biden’s cancer diagnosis, which came after reports of significant mental decline during his presidency.

“Jill Biden was complicit in concealing Joe Biden’s mental and physical deterioration,” the congresswoman stated in a post on X. “She ought to face CRIMINAL CHARGES for elder abuse!!”

In an interview with The Post, geriatric medical expert Elaine Healy indicated that the former president exhibits “telltale signs of elder abuse.”

“Visible bruises and other injuries resulting from physical violence are clear indicators of abuse. Non-violent actions — such as food deprivation leading to weight loss, or intimidation resulting in social withdrawal and personality changes — are also classified as abusive behavior,” she explained.

“A more nefarious form of elder abuse, however, involves exploiting an elderly person for the abuser’s financial, personal, or — in this instance — political advantage,” the doctor added.

She also commented on the actions of the former first lady following her husband’s notorious debate with then-GOP candidate Donald Trump, during which she had to assist him off the stage.

“What motivated her insistence that he pursue a political career when she, more than anyone else, must have been aware of his deteriorating cognitive abilities and declining physical health?” she questioned. “Is she a caring spouse or a cunning manipulator, leveraging his reliance on her to influence his decision-making? If it is the latter, she is participating in elder abuse.”

Even Sally Quinn, a columnist for the Washington Post and a vocal critic of Trump, has condemned Jill Biden.

“I hold Jill Biden responsible for this. Jill Biden is his spouse. And if Jill Biden had intervened and told him, ‘Joe, you cannot do this’… He would not have run,” she remarked on the “Tara Palmeri Show.”

“She clearly supported his candidacy, and I believe it was a grave disservice to the nation.

Donald Trump Jr. also raised questions regarding the former first lady’s involvement in a potential “cover-up.”

“What I want to understand is how Dr. Jill Biden could have overlooked stage five metastatic cancer, or is this yet another instance of concealment???” he remarked sarcastically on Truth Social.

Following the announcement, several medical professionals have commented, stating it is “inconceivable” that the former president’s prostate cancer had not been identified well before his public disclosure, as reported by The New York Post.

His cancer was classified with a Gleason score of 9, which has led many to wonder how it could have gone undetected for such an extended period.

“It is inconceivable that this condition was not monitored prior to his departure from the Presidency,” Dr. Howard Forman stated in a post on X.

“A Gleason grade of 9 would have resulted in an elevated PSA level for a considerable time before this diagnosis. He must have undergone multiple PSA tests previously. This situation is unusual,” he added. “I wish him well and hope he can enhance his quality of life.”

Dr. Steven Quay noted that the type of cancer the former president is facing is among the easiest to diagnose in its initial stages.

“The PSA blood test indicates the rate of cancer cell proliferation. Even in the most aggressive cases, it typically takes 5-7 years without treatment for the cancer to progress to a metastatic stage,” the doctor explained.

“This implies that it would be considered malpractice for this patient to present with a first diagnosis of metastatic disease in May 2025,” he continued.

“It is highly probable that he was already diagnosed with prostate cancer during his time in the White House, while the American public remained unaware,” he stated.

Dr. Marc Siegel, a medical analyst for Fox News, expressed his astonishment at the seriousness of the diagnosis. “One would expect someone in his position to have access to the finest medical care available,” he remarked. “It is surprising—and indeed concerning—that the condition has progressed to this extent.”
